Were receptionists helpful - n/a used automated check in.
More early/late appointments available for people who work. Excellent for getting fast appointments for urgent illness - I have used a number of times for my children. Better communication on changes i.e. appointments booking system

My wife and I have lived in Whickham for over 40 years during which the practice has grown and improved in most areas to provide the first class service we enjoy today. The only problem is obtaining a quick appointment. We know that's due to shortages and cuts

Not easy by telephone. Also waiting time for appointment is long especially if you want a certain doctor
